Personal data processing policy

1. General provisions.

This Personal Data Processing Policy of the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152 of 27.07.2006 Federal Law "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as Federal Law 152) in order to protect human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data.

The Policy uses the following definitions:
User – any visitor to the site https://rmalnc.com.
Website - a website located on the Internet at https://rmalnc.com.
The subject of personal data is the user (individual) to whom the personal data relate.
Personal data is any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the Site. https://rmalnc.com (to the subject of personal data).

2. What is personal data?

Personal data is any information related directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User (subject of personal data) of the Website.
The RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE processes only those personal data that are listed in the Policy and that characterize the subject of personal data as a User of the Site. You can consent to the processing of personal data by filling out feedback forms on the Website and using other methods provided for in the Policy.

2.1. Confidentiality of personal data

The RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE is obliged not to disclose or distribute personal data to third parties without the consent of the User (the subject of personal data), unless otherwise provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Rights of the personal data subject

The personal data subject has the right to:
• receive information from the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE regarding the processing of his personal data;
• clarifying his personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
• withdrawal of consent to the processing of their personal data;
• destruction of their personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing.

4. Purposes of personal data processing:

• ensuring the operation of the Website (data: IP address, cookies, category: general, processing time: until the goal is achieved or until consent is revoked, destruction: deletion from the database of the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE);
• processing of the application for services (data: full name, mobile phone, e-mail, category: general, processing period: until the goal is achieved or until the consent is withdrawn, destruction: deletion from the database of the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE);
• communication with the personal data subject, sending notifications, information and requests related to the provision of services (data: full name, mobile phone, e-mail, category: general, processing time: until the goal is achieved or until consent is revoked, destruction: deletion from the database of the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE);
• carrying out promotional mailing (data: full name, mobile phone, e-mail, category: general, processing time: until the goal is achieved or until consent is revoked, destruction: deletion from the database of the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE).

5. Methods of personal data processing:

The RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE processes personal data in the following ways: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), depersonalization, destruction.

The processing of personal data is carried out both without the use of automation tools and with their use.

6. Ensuring the security of personal data.

The security of personal data processed by the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to ensure the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data protection.
If personal data is leaked, the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE:
• notifies Roskomnadzor within 24 hours.;
• conducts an investigation within 72 hours and notifies Roskomnadzor of its results.

7. Final provisions

• The Policy and relations between the User and the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE arising in connection with the application of the Policy are subject to the law of the Russian Federation.
• The RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE has the right to change this Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally at any time. All changes will take effect the next day after posting on the Website at: https://rmalnc.com/english/personal-data-processing-policy
• The User undertakes to independently monitor Policy changes by reviewing the current version.
• For questions regarding the processing of personal data, the User can contact the RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE by e-mail: rma@rmalnc.com indicating the contacts for feedback. The RUSSIAN-MOROCCAN ALLIANCE reviews the message/application within 10 (ten) business days from the date of its receipt.
